This is a three day Retreat for women wanting to permanently eliminate deep unconscious habits and feelings of self sabotage, unworthiness and dissatisfaction, using advanced techniques, without having to spend thousands of dollars on less effective and time consuming therapies.

Most of our habits and patterns of behaviour have been programmed into us by the age of six – before we are even aware that we are being programmed.
Many of these habits come from our parents and even several generations before them, so they are not even ours by choice!
Some are desirable but some are not and because habits are subconscious, we are not even aware of them.
The subconscious mind stores and retrieve data, ensuring that you respond exactly the way you are programmed. This part of the mind is subjective and does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your mind.
This workshop explores the conscious and subconscious aspects of your mind,
and draws out your abilities and capabilities to become self-aware and to really get to know yourself.
Most people live their lives without really knowing who they are.
How does it look?
This will be experienced by you as probably one of the most life changing three day experiences. It is an emotional release workshop, a combination of experiential and theoretical study in which you will learn and understand how to influence the subconscious mind, thus changing your limiting beliefs and ultimately having the freedom to experience life in a different way.
We all have unique minds and unique content inside of our minds, no two people experience the same thing.
Mind Alchemy will help you to, not only understand, why and how you feel and act the way you do - but you will also have the opportunity to experience the change available to you, inside of a one-to-one session.
The biggest three areas of change that are positively experienced by retreat attendees are;

These areas are cornerstones to the human experience and they affect multiple aspects of our day to day lives.
You dont have to know what the limiting beliefs are, in fact 99% of people attending dont know.
However, when you have the limiting beliefs changed within these areas during the individual retreat session, everything is affected in profound and permanent ways, leading to permanent changes in the brain that support more positive beliefs and a better experience of life.
